Import Order Status Update

Updating Your Order Status

  • You will first need to export your orders. 
  • In your import you will only need to include the Order Number Column and the Order Status Column.
  • Go to Orders→ Update Order Statuses→ Continue
  • There are two ways to upload the CSV file to your store.
    • Step 1: Uploading the CSV in your FTP within the _import Folder (no file-size limit)
      • note: Need to login to your store’s FTP?
    • Step 2: Uploading the CSV file directly in the admin (2mb file-size limit)
      • Browser For the CSV → Continue
    • You should see all of the Headers automatically mapped to each dropdown.
    • If you do not please ensure the header is in the first row of your CSV as well as Ignore First Row is checked.
  • Click on Start Order Number Import
  • This will take a moment to process. Once completed the orders contained in your CSV import will update accordingly.
