Edit An Order After It Has Been Placed
Yes, you can edit an order after it’s been placed. You can edit both the order items and pricing as well as the billing and shipping addresses.To edit ordered items:
- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click on Orders (left-hand menu).
- Click on Manage Orders.

- In the Header bar, click on “pencil icon” next to “Item Name.”

- Here, you will be able to add/remove items and change the quantity of items in the customer order.
- Note: You can also edit the price but you will not be able to edit the actual payment method.
- Make your changes and click one of the Update buttons at the bottom to save your changes.
To edit the billing or shipping address for the order:
- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click on Orders (left-hand menu).
- Click on Manage Orders.
- Click on the order number of the order you would like to edit.
- Locate the text “Bill To Address” or “Ship To Address” and click Pencil icon.
- Make your changes and click one of the Update buttons at the bottom to save your changes.
